About

Due to Chapter 741 of the Laws of 2023 Delaware, New York State moved many local offices, including Town Supervisor, from odd-numbered years to even-numbered years to align with federal and state elections. This change was designed to increase voter turnout in local elections by consolidating them with higher-profile races. Delaware County town supervisors will now be elected in 2026, 2028, and so on, rather than in odd years as they were previously.

This site has been put together to share information on how to run for Town Supervisor, information on the candidates, and opportunities to discuss questions and ideas with your community.
